Gorivexil is the name under which we trade. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZAYINLIEVA LTD trading as Gorivexil, and "you" refers to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.

2. Accepting These Terms
By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Our Products
We sell women's outerwear, including coats, jackets and gilets. We make every effort to show the colours, materials and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and small differences in measurements can occur between production batches. Sizing guidance is provided on each product page to help you choose the right fit.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment you have made for that item in full.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment service providers, and we never store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we are not obliged to supply the item at that price. In that case we will contact you to ask whether you would like to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order and How the Contract Is Formed
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Return Items
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 8. Faulty Items and Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
